NAI James E. Hanson announced the sale of medical office suite in Tenafly on Jan. 26.

The firm’s Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack represented the seller, Narayanan Medical LLC and Center for Same Day Surgery LLC, in the transaction with Tenafly Surgery Center LLC.

The 2,470-square-foot space is located at 2 Dean Drive in a three-story building located near Route 4 and Interstates 80 and 95.

The turn-key space – which is outfitted as a surgical center, including an ambulatory care license, fixtures, furniture and state-of-the-art equipment – also affords proximity to the nearby Englewood Hospital and Medical Center.

According to NAI Hanson, Tenafly Surgery Center LLC chose the suite at the 18,385-square-foot building to house its plastic surgery office and better serve its growing patient base in New Jersey and New York.

“This deal further underscores our team’s unique ability to align the interests of buyers and sellers, effectively realizing the property’s full value while taking advantage of the high demand for turn-key and centrally located medical suites across the state,” Lizzack said. “Our market expertise repeatedly connects buyers with properties that are well suited to the growing needs of their businesses, and we are pleased to help Tenafly Surgery Center find its new home.”
