NAI Mertz inks behavioral health group lease in Cherry Hill

NAI Mertz Wednesday said it represented a local behavioral health group on a 26,500-square-foot lease at 1515 Burnt Mill Road in Cherry Hill. The tenant is a nonprofit behavioral health company that works with children and adults, and will utilize the new space for its headquarters.

NAI Mertz’s team of Matt O’Rorke, sales associate, and Jonathan Klear, senior vice president negotiated the lease. NAI Mertz also represented the company in 2018 in its lease of another location in Sicklerville.

“This lease is a testament to our team’s excellent relationship with our client, as well as the continued success of their business,” stated O’Rorke. “We are pleased to have once again worked with this tenant in helping meet their real estate goals,” he added.

Located near Interstate 295, the property is a 330,000-square-foot facility that provides ample parking, a fenced lot and excellent building signage.
