New Brunswick Premiere Residences now offering private in-person tours

Premiere Residences on Wednesday said in-person showings have resumed, by appointment only, at its upscale collection of 207 apartments in downtown New Brunswick.

Developer and property manager Pennrose teamed with The Marketing Directors, the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the 23-story building, to institute strict safety measures to provide prospective renters a worry-free visit to the building’s furnished model homes. The move complements the virtual leasing presentation program implemented after social distancing orders were issued in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which is still available.

Also coming back online is Premiere Residences’ penthouse roof deck featuring seating areas, a fire pit, and a to-be-opened pool. Social distancing guidelines are in place to allow residents to responsibly enjoy the building’s outdoor spaces.

Premiere Residences is located at 7 Livingston Ave. and easily walkable to the New Brunswick Train Station, which serves New Jersey Transit’s Northeast Corridor line with service into New York City’s Penn Station and Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station. Express Amtrak trains are also available at the station. New Brunswick also offers proximity to major highways, including the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 87, and Routes 18 and 27.

Despite the unique challenges faced in the spring rental market, Premiere Residences maintains high leasing interest.
