Summit Health will consolidate a number of practices in Fair Lawn to serve patients more effectively and efficiently.
That’s according to Conshohocken, Pa.-based Keystone Development + Investment, which announced it signed a lease with Summit Health for 70,594 square feet at 17-17 Route 208 N. in the Bergen County municipality.
The lease, which commences on July 1, also brings the Class A building to 100% occupancy.

“Securing this kind of location makes it possible for Summit Health to expand upon the services currently offered,” Summit Health Vice President for Real Estate Development Steven Westort said in a statement. “This strategic real estate initiative highlights Summit Health’s goal of providing unparalleled care for our patients.”
According to Keystone, Summit Health will open its medical site at the building in the second quarter of 2023.
The vertically integrated commercial real estate development and investment firm said it recently completed a multimillion dollar renovation at the property, which it acquired in 2014 as part of a $230.8 million portfolio it purchased from Mack-Cali Realty Corp. Updates include a new roof, parking lot, high-performance exterior coating and new elevators.
According to Keystone President and COO Rich Gottlieb, those updates have stoked interest in the property.
“The thoughtful improvements we’ve made have created prompt demand for 17-17 Route 208 and this lease validates it as a premier location for a health care provider like Summit Health,” he said in a prepared statement.
Offering visibility and access to the Garden State Parkway and Routes 4 and 17, the building boasts on-site property management, walkable amenities and is adjacent to Fair Lawn Promenade.
