RDM Management will build a new warehouse in Millstone following its purchase of two neighboring properties in the Monmouth County municipality.

The sales were negotiated by NAI Fennelly, which announced the transactions and forthcoming project June 14.

President Jerry Fennelly represented the sellers of both properties in the transactions with RDM Management: PAK SC LLC for 37 Burnt Tavern Road and WBP LLC for 41 Burnt Tavern Road.

Together, the sites cover just over 11 acres, located directly off Exit 16 on Interstate 195, offering connectivity to the New Jersey Turnpike and the New York- and Philly-metro areas.

“Prime development sites in central New Jersey continue to be few and far between,” Fennelly said. “We continue to work closely with our clients to help them capitalize on this robust market for developable land to create value from their assets while also helping to bring important rateables to towns like Millstone.”

According to the firm, Mahwah-based RDM Management has plans to bring a 130,063-square-foot Class A industrial building with 16 loading docks and one drive-in to the combined site. The property was not approved at the time of closing. Earlier this month, negotiated the sale of an industrial complex in Mercer County totaling more than 75,000 square feet.
