The real estate advisory firm Newmark Grubb Knight Frank has added a New Jersey-based project management team to its roster of employees, it announced Wednesday.The former Tobiasz Management team will work out of NGKF’s Rutherford-based northern New Jersey office. Team members Brian Tobiasz, Bethany Russo and Deborah Lynch had been based in Basking Ridge with Tobiasz’s firm.

“I am honored and excited to join such a well-respected and established organization,” Tobiasz said in a prepared statement. “Our organization will bring over 20 years of experience in the project management and construction industry to NGKF’s already-impressive platform, and further enhance their ability to serve clients.”

Tobiasz will serve as a senior managing director with NGKF, while Russo and Lynch are project managers.

“We feel privileged to expand our service platform in New Jersey with the addition of such a highly respected and admired team that will afford our clients the best project management capabilities throughout the state,” David Simson, NGKF’s vice chairman of New Jersey operations, said in a statement. “These services will enhance the understanding of all construction costs, as well as implications associated with every building project, which will in turn offer long-term benefits for both the tenants and landlords we represent.”
