NJ Chamber names 2025 Women of Inspiration honorees

The announced June 25 its 2025 .

The impressive group features 12 honorees who have used talent and hard work to create economic opportunities – and help make the Garden State a better place to live and work.

“We are proud to honor these extraordinary women who have made significant contributions to New Jersey’s employer community,” said Tom Bracken, president and CEO of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce.

The honorees will be officially recognized at the reception, being held Sept. 18, at the National Conference Center in East Windsor.

The 2025 Women of Inspiration include:

  • Alice H. Parker Outstanding Woman of Inspiration Award Marlene Asselta, president, Southern New Jersey Development Council
  • Private Sector Advocate Award Patrizia Zita, CEO and co-founder, The Zita Group
  • Small Business Advocate Award Kelly Brozyna, CEO and state director, New Jersey Small Business Development Centers
  • Industry Advocate Award Chrissy Buteas, president and CEO, HealthCare Institute of New Jersey
  • Business Communications Award Briana Vannozzi, anchor, NJ Spotlight News
  • Employer Advocate Award Kristi Howell, president and CEO, Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce
  • Association Advocate Award Linda Doherty, president and CEO, New Jersey Food Council
  • Woman of Inspiration Award Deborah Visconi, president and CEO, Bergen New Bridge Medical Center
  • Outstanding Corporate Leader Award Kim Hanemann, president and COO, PSE&G
  • Issues Advocate Award Monica Slater Stokes, managing director, Corporate & Government Affairs – Northeast region, United Airlines; Blenda Pinto, director, corporate and government affairs, United Airlines
  • Outstanding NJ Chamber Service Award Diane Wasser, partner-in-charge, New Jersey, EisnerAmper
