The 9th Annual Jersey City Summit for Real Estate Investment convened on the Hudson River waterfront at the end of May.

The must-attend industry event drew nearly 1,500 attendees for a full day of panel discussions, networking and more, including featured speakers Gov. Phil Murphy and Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop. Presented by roundtable&advisory, this year’s iteration took place at Harborside with new owners 601W Cos. as venue partner.

NJBIZ was on hand at the summit, and served as a media partner of the event. Topics explored throughout the daylong program included: areas driving investment and development in the city, placemaking, capital markets, operations & design, emerging neighborhoods and more.
