Norcross is a mainstay on these types of lists for a number of reasons, given the many businesses, organizations, charities, and more that he has been involved with over the years.

As managing shareholder and chief executive officer of Parker McCay, the powerful South Jersey law firm, Norcross focuses on public finance and transactional law, with an emphasis on municipal, economic development and redevelopment. His firm represents myriad governmental and private entities in finance, real estate, private equity and development matters throughout the state. He is also a frequent lecturer on these subjects.

On the philanthropic side, Norcross serves as chairman of the board of trustees for the Cooper Foundation, the charitable arm of Cooper University Health Care, which has more than 100 funds to support patient care, community outreach and education, as well as research that leads to better treatments and cures.

In the spring, the foundation announced the largest endowed gift in its history – a $5 million pledge from the Bernard and Shirley Brown Charitable Foundation and the Brown Foundation.

“The Cooper Foundation plays an important role in furthering Cooper’s mission to serve, heal, and educate the residents of our region,” said Norcross earlier this year.
