Known as one of South Jersey and Philadelphia’s leading business and corporate attorneys, Steinberg is chair of Flaster Greenberg’s Business and Corporate Development group, where she represents businesses in all aspects of their business lifecycle.

Her practice focuses on M&A, representing buyers and sellers of middle market businesses in various industries. She also represents businesses in bank financings, joint ventures, partnership and shareholder transactions, contracting, dispute resolutions, corporate governance and business counseling, and often serves as outside general counsel to clients.

“My greatest contribution to my client’s success is found in my ability to actively listen, provide personalized services as a trusted advisor, and proactively work to guarantee I achieve their desired business outcomes,” she said. “Each client and their journey through the business life cycle differs. Recognizing the unique needs of each client is important.”

Her dedication and commitment to the community shines in her professional and non-professional life. Steinberg is an active member of the firm’s Women’s Advisory Group, a mentor of junior attorneys, and continuously does her part to break the glass ceiling for female attorneys and other businesswomen. She has also served as a member of the boards and executive committee for the Southern NJ Chamber of Commerce, Congregation Beth El, and other organizations.
