Steven PozyckiSince launching SJP Properties in 1981, Pozycki has built the company into a powerhouse that has developed more than 25 million square feet of ground-up real estate projects in partnership with major public and private institutions.

SJP Properties is a privately owned, vertically integrated real estate company specializing in the development, management and operation of Class A commercial, luxury residential and industrial properties throughout the region – with $10 billion of projects developed, $6 billion of equity invested and some 20 buildings under management. The organization also includes SJP Project Solutions, a division that serves as is SJP Properties’ commercial real estate development arm.

Between the two sides of the business, SJP is involved in a lot of major projects, such as completing the buildout of Eisai’s 300,000-square-foot space at its state-based headquarters at the ON3 campus in Nutley. In May, SJP Properties and DEVCO unveiled plans to develop H-2, the second phase of the HELIX Health + Life Science Exchange.

Then in June, SJP and Scotto Properties celebrated the groundbreaking of the second phase of M Station in downtown Morristown, which will serve as the new flagship location for Sanofi. “M Station West’s groundbreaking represents a landmark achievement for our company – one that further cements Morristown’s reputation as a revitalized suburban hub and destination for leading global companies,” said Pozycki in June.
