For The Kislak Co. Inc. 2021 was an exceptional year, and as of the summer the current one was trending in the same direction. Leading that activity, which resulted in more than 90% revenue growth heading into 2022, is CEO Pucci. Since his coming on board the firm has closed more than 1,700 transactions valued at $7 billion — with Pucci personally closing more than 70 transactions valued at over $700 million.

“It is a numbers game, you know, the more people you see, the more relationships, the more business that’s going to flow from it,” he told NJBIZ over the summer. “And we’re out there every day meeting with people and learning what people want, who may want to sell et cetera.”

And as current demand persists for multifamily – which makes up the majority of its focus – the Woodbridge-based firm continues to keep busy. Among its notable transactions from the past 12 months, the firm arranged big portfolio sales in Monmouth County ($34 million), Sussex County (at $22.45 million the highest ever for multifamily properties there), and Elizabeth ($50 million).

With an emphasis on education and continuing education within the firm, Kislak helped to expand that role outside the company when Pucci announced a $2 million pledge to establish a permanent endowed directorship for the Kislak Real Estate Institute at Monmouth University in June. The firm was also recognized as a 2022 NJBIZ Leaders in Real Estate, Construction and Design honoree.
