Landlord Onyx Equities LLC tapped Cushman & Wakefield to exclusively market for lease its five-building, 750,000-square-foot office portfolio in Parsippany: The Arbors.
Cushman & Wakefield‘s Ben Brenner, David DeMatteis, Courtney Rosenkrantz and Raymond Trevisan will handle the assignment, the firm announced July 13.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with Onyx Equities to lease The Arbors, an office portfolio that is redefining the workplace with a connected and interactive campus lifestyle,” DeMatteis said in a statement.

The Arbors – located at 1, 3 and 5 Sylvan Way and 4 and 6 Campus Drive – is currently undergoing a multimillion-dollar makeover.
According to Cushman & Wakefield, capital improvements will bring: new lobbies, atriums, common areas, landscaping, elevator upgrades, façade facelifts, common corridors, monument signage, increased window lines, upgraded lobby and visitor security, refreshed restrooms and auditoriums, and expanded parking areas.

“Onyx Equities has a strong reputation for investing in properties upfront to improve the tenant experience,” DeMatteis added. “We are ecstatic to continue our longstanding relationship with Onyx and are confident that these renovations will be highly regarded and greatly appreciated by tenants.”
The Arbors is near major roadways including, Interstates 80 and 287 and Routes 46 and 202. Availabilities at the property range from 2,000 square feet to 50,000 square feet.
