Paris Baguette debuts refreshed mobile app, rewards program

Bakery café concept Paris Baguette is launching a refreshed mobile app and loyalty program.

The global brand – with has its North American headquarters in Moonachie – recently unveiled a new digital experience that includes improved online ordering and several user-friendly features, such as:

  • Using the app to place orders for pick-up or delivery
  • Completing challenges for exclusive offers and bonus points
  • Storing gift cards in-app to use as payment or send a gift card to a friend
  • Viewing PB Rewards history

 

With ‘s new rewards program, guests can bank one point for every $1 spent to use however they choose. Points can be earned on every transaction, from online and mobile app to in-café orders. It also includes orders scheduled for pick-up or delivery, according to the chain.

Customers can use their points to score a free pastry/doughnut or cookie (75 points), free hot/iced coffee or tea (75 points), free shareable bread (125 points), free specialty beverage (150 points), free cake slice (200 points), free salad, sandwich or wrap (300 points), free roll cake (500 points) and free cake (750 points).

According to Paris Baguette, first-time customers who sign up for the new rewards program can receive a free pastry with their initial purchase.

For those customers who join or update their existing app, Paris Baguette will provide a limited-time offer that they can bank. Standout deals include $2 off any cake slice; $3 medium latte or cold brew; buy-one, get-one free pastry and a free medium lemonade refresher with purchase.

Known for its French-style sandwiches and freshly baked bread, pastries, dessert and coffee, the has grown to 4,000 units worldwide – including more than 160 restaurants in North America – since its founding four decades ago in South Korea.

As part of a larger goal to hit 1,000 units in the U.S. by 2030, Paris Baguette has been busy targeting new markets, including Florida, Arizona and Texas, as well as boosting its presence in existing ones, such as New Jersey and New York.
