Headquartered in Illinois, Craveworthy aims to help emerging and legacy chains grow through brand revitalization, operational support, franchising and marketing.
After acquiring Gregorys Coffee last summer, Craveworthy Brands is accelerating its franchising push to drive nationwide expansion of the specialty coffee chain.
Founded in 2006 by Holmdel native Gregory Zamfotis, the brand is known for coffees, teas, scratch-made pastries and unique seasonal items. It is also all-in on healthier options, like clean energy drinks and vegan breakfast sandwiches.
Craveworthy purchased Wing It On! in January 2023. The brand’s offerings include fresh wings, boneless tenders, hand-crafted crispy chicken sandwiches, chicken and vegetable dumplings, and customizable seasoned fries.
Big Chicken joined Craveworthy’s portfolio in March 2025. The concept was co-founded by NBA legend and Newark native Shaquille O’Neal. Its menu fuses O’Neal’s home-cooked childhood favorite foods with trending flavors. Items include chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, Cheez-It cracker-crusted macaroni and cheese, jalapeno slaw and dirty fries with cheese sauce and bacon, as well as frozen treats like sundaes and shakes.
Craveworthy founder and CEO Gregg Majewski said, “I’m so confident in our food that I will bet the company on a single bite.”
“Restaurants love to talk. We’d rather feed you,” Majewski added. “This is confidence you can taste. Fourteen brands opening their doors, handing over their best and letting the food do the work. We believe our food is the best in the industry. That’s why we bet on the bite.
“Because the bite wins. Every time.”
