Pendry Hotels & Resorts on Tuesday said it was breaking ground on site work for its next phase of construction for Pendry Residences Natirar which is slated to open in 2021 in Somerset County.
Pendry is redeveloping Peapack-Gladstone’s Natirar to become Pendry Natirar and Pendry Residences Natirar. Once complete, Pendry Natirar will consist of 24 contemporary countryside residences. Site work for the residential portion has begun including the commencement of the entry, roads and it’s expected that the construction of the initial residences will reach completion by the end of this year.
Set in the hills of Somerset County and less than an hour from New York City, the new luxury resort will feature 68 guestrooms and suites, along with a limited collection of 24-fully serviced private estate and farm villa residences ranging in size from 2,400-square-foot farm villas starting at $2 million to spacious estate villas offering more than 3,600 square feet from the mid $2 millions.
The farm villa residences will offer fully-furnished, two-bedroom, 2,400-square-foot homes with private access to Natirar’s 12-acre farm. It will also -outdoor experience with patio fireplaces and custom-designed gardens that will be tended to and managed by the Natirar Farm specialists.
