Prager Metis names Roth northeast managing partner

Accounting and advisory services firm Prager Metis CPAs on Monday announced the naming of a new leader for the area, combining its New York and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Effective June 5, Lori Roth is managing partner for the Northeast Region of Prager Metis. She works primarily from the firm’s Basking Ridge location.

Roth previously served as the managing partner of the Mid-Atlantic Region, a territory the firm said she grew exponentially over the past four years. In the new role Roth will provide leadership for partners and team members.

Roth was a founding member of Metis Group LLC in 2002, which merged with Prager and Fenton LLP in 2013 to form the current firm.

She has worked in the accounting field for more than 30 years and specializes in audit and assurance services, litigation support and business valuations. Roth’s clients have come from industries including closely held businesses, real estate and U.S. subsidiaries of foreign banks and corporations.

Prager Metis has additional New Jersey locations in Hackensack, Cranbury and Montvale.
