Porzio, Bromberg & Newman
The recent arrival of two new attorneys marks the expansion and enhancement of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman’s Environmental and Land Use practices.
David Singer and Lisa Leili are known for their environmental transaction, land use, commercial real estate and general civil litigation work, according to the firm’s announcement.
According to their LinkedIn profiles, both Singer and Leili come to the Morristown-based firm from Vella, Singer and Martinez PC of Hillsborough.
CSG Law
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) grew its Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group this fall with the addition of four legal professionals and the team’s first practice group administrator.
Evelyn Baert, an intern with CSG Law during her 3L year, will focus her practice on land use. Jennifer Garster, a summer associate with CSG Law in 2021, returns to the firm to focuses her practice on real estate financing. Amy Howlett returns to the practice of law after having served in various capacities in the business, academic and legal worlds. She will focus on commercial leasing and transactions. Irene Karsos joins CSG Law following a clerkship with Superior Court Judge Frank DeAngelis with the Superior Court of New Jersey in Morris County. Fluent in Greek, she will focus her practice on real estate transactions. Daniela Alves meanwhile will serve as the group’s practice administrator. The position finds her taking on a variety of responsibilities, including talent and professional development, performance metrics analysis and other administrative matters.
