Chris Reber has been named market executive for the South Jersey market, including Delaware, for the Wealth Management division of Merrill Lynch, part of Bank of America.

In the new role, he will be responsible for leading and growing the market of financial advisors, management and support personnel in order to provide clients with the firm’s full financial capabilities.

“I am really excited to be part of such a talented and seasoned team in the South Jersey market,” Reber said. “I am fortunate that there is a strong foundation which I can contribute my industry experience to, with the goal of further increasing the visibility of the products and services we offer our clients at every stage of life.”

Reber joined Merrill Lynch in 2004 as a resident director in Conshohocken, Pa. and became the market executive for Eastern Pennsylvania in 2014. Throughout his more than 30-year career, Reber has held various management positions in addition to serving as a financial advisory for 26 years.

Reber received a bachelor’s degree in Business from West Chester University in 1985.
