Sports Illustrated Stadium announced an inaugural concert series June 2, slated for October.

The two-night, Oct. 10-11 event will offer top-flight entertainment for fans of country, rap, hip-hop and R&B at the Harrison venue.

Key details include:

• Oct. 10 – Country music star Jason Aldean headlines a night of true Southern Country party music fun, joined by rising stars:
  • • Warren Zeiders, Chase McDaniel, Lauren Gottshall and Dee Jay Silver (Aldean’s longtime touring partner and a country music pioneer)
• Oct. 11 – Headlined by hip-hop legend Ludacris, joined by a powerhouse lineup that includes Fat Joe, Rick Ross, Ashanti and Flo Rida
  • • Hosted by Grammy Award winner Ink

The landmark series will mark the first major music series at the home of the New York Red Bulls.

“The inaugural Sports Illustrated Stadium Concert Series highlights our vision of making this venue a premier destination for world-class sports, concerts, and cultural experiences in the New York metropolitan area,” said David Lane, CEO of Sports Illustrated Tickets and concert promotion head. “With an iconic lineup and unmatched energy, this is just the beginning.”

It also reflects the vision to host a growing calendar of world-class concerts and special events at the over 25,000-seat stadium.

Over the summer, Sports Illustrated Stadium will also play host to Australian EDM group Rufus Du Sol (July 25 & 26). That will mark the first concert at the venue since 2011, when Dispatch performed at then-Red Bull Arena.

Tickets for the inaugural Sports Illustrated Concert Series go on sale June 6.
