Strategic Funding Alternatives LLC (SFA) recently welcomed Univest Bank and Trust Co. as its newest tenant at 312 Route 38 in Moorestown.

Univest will take 4,663 square feet of space and SFA will provide tenant fit-out services. Occupancy is slated for October 2019.

The community bank and full service financial institution is the latest in a number of corporate tenants joining SFA in its headquarters building. Since acquiring the site from PNC Bank in late 2018, SFA has completed major renovations including new common areas along with the addition of an Avanti market, outdoor patio and walking trail.

“We are pleased that Univest Bank has chosen our 312 Route 38 office building as its flagship location in entering the New Jersey market,” said John Cairo, director, SFA. “The site offers great convenience and key amenities, both of which the bank sought for their employees.”
