American Water foundation awards $108K to 7 NJ organizations

The Camden-based utility's charitable arm awarded $1 million overall to 59 groups working to preserve and protect natural resources in 11 states.

American Water foundation awards $500K in workforce readiness grants

The funds went to three dozen nonprofits across the U.S. that are making a difference — including four from New Jersey.

The $70,000 went to four nonprofits as part of the Keep Communities Flowing program, which is focused on three pillars of giving: Water, People and Communities.
