Genmab was looking to have Gensler create a sense of transparency and connectivity between the lab and workplace.

Copenhagen, Denmark-based biotechnology company Genmab chose to plant roots in Princeton because it saw the former home of Bristol-Myers Squibb as an ideal fit. With the help of Morristown architecture firm Gensler, a $20 million renovation and office-to-lab conversion at the property repositioned the lab as the center of the company's work culture across its 135,000-square-foot footprint.
