Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Inc. secured another tenant for Glenpointe with word that Regional Cancer Care Associates will base its headquarters and administrative office space at the 670,000-square-foot Teaneck campus.
The firm announced the 5,499-square-foot lease with the health provider Jan. 25.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises said it was represented by Newmark Executive Managing Director Jeff Schotz, Senior Managing Director Peter Rossi, Managing Director Daniel Reider, Associate Peter Kasparian and Vice Chairman David Simson in the transaction, while Cresa Managing Principals Dennis Gralla and Jonathan Marks represented Regional Cancer Care Associates.

The tenant, one of the largest oncology physician networks in the United States, makes the move to Teaneck from another Alfred Sanzari Enterprises property, the firm said — the 335,000-square-foot Class A Court Plaza in Hackensack.
“Regional Cancer Care Associates’ relocation to Glenpointe illustrates how the flexibility of our portfolio and relationship-focused approach helps us meet the changing needs of our tenants,” Carolina Gutierrez, leasing and marketing manager for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, said in a statement. “We’re thrilled to be continuing our relationship with Regional Cancer Care Associates and are excited to see them transition into their new home.”
Glenpointe saw a flurry of activity in 2022 with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises negotiating nearly 100,000 square feet of leases at the campus. That included a new North American headquarters for photography giant Leica Camera, 16,000 square feet for Kolmar Korea and several renewals, as well.
Beyond tenancy, the campus also expanded its offerings, with the debut of a new flexible workspace and Marketplace, an Urban Eatery, featuring fresh and locally sourced, made-to-order and grab ‘n’ go meals.
Last August, JLL Capital Markets arranged a $32 million refinancing for Glenpointe Centre East and the Atrium at Glenpointe on behalf of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
The campus is focused around a work-play-stay mentality, offering adaptable Class A office space with in-demand amenities, including a 26,000-square-foot fitness center; The Green, a 22,000-square-foot multipurpose outdoor area; and The Pointe, an on-site community lounge. Additionally, Glenpointe features 700 rooms across three on-site hotels, several casual and fine dining options, a Starbucks and abundant covered parking.
According to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Glenpointe currently has a range of space available, from 1,550 square feet up to full-floor spaces of 52,000 square feet.
