The firm announced DECA Switchlabs signed on for 7,460 square feet in Cherry Hill, and that it also sold a Collingswood office property.

NAI James E. Hanson negotiated the deal for the 28,000-square-foot property.

Situated on a 29-acre site, and less than a mile from Route 31, the developer said the Hunterdon County property will accommodate tenant space needs ranging from 1,250 square feet up to 40,000 square feet.

The multitenant property in Hackensack is located less than a mile from Route 4 and offers access to Interstate 80, the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Route 17.
