LLP Express was a regional pick – named among 40 others across the country – for the national company's Entrepreneur of the Year award, recognizing independent service providers for their business excellence in 2021 and 2022.

U.S. Sen. Robert Menendez, U.S. Rep. Donald Payne, Mayor Ras Baraka and officials from the NJEDA made stops along Halsey Street at The Walla, BrownMill, Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea, and Halsey Cleaners.

The five-day experience will offer events, workshops and networking opportunities to help build and support local businesses. It kicks off May 2 with a Small Business Expo.
