For the sixth year in a row, USA Today has ranked the top workplaces in the nation.
Released April 9, the lists recognize organizations with at least 150 workers that exceed the “national benchmarks for employee satisfaction.”
USA Today collaborated with Philadelphia-based research firm Energage to survey employees from 2,375 organizations to determine the findings. Workers were asked to rate their companies based on factors such as pay, leadership, meaningfulness and more.
A total of 1,661 organizations were named to the 2026 lists. The top 100 companies in each size group earned a ranking; the others appeared listed alphabetically.
The USA Today Top Workplaces lists includes 29 organizations in New Jersey. Of those, eight received a ranking:

At No. 12 in the 1,000–2,499 employee range, CoreWeave ranked highest for New Jersey-based companies across all four lists. USA Today unveiled the results the same day the Livingston-based company announced an expanded agreement with Meta Platforms Inc. to provide AI cloud capacity through 2032 for approximately $21 billion.
Hard Rock Atlantic City announced its placement in a press release, noting this marks the third year the casino made the rankings. Hard Rock said more than 1,000 of its team members participated in the survey.
“We are deeply honored to receive a USA TODAY Top Workplaces Award for the third consecutive year,” said George Goldhoff, president of Hard Rock Atlantic City. “This recognition reflects the passion and dedication of our extraordinary team members. Their commitment not only drives our success but also brings our core value of ‘Love All, Serve All’ to life every day.”
Tissue transplantation firm MTF Biologics also celebrated its standing in an announcement.
“At MTF Biologics, our mission to save and heal lives begins with our people,” said Joseph Yaccarino, president and CEO of MTF Biologics. “This recognition reflects the passion, dedication, and shared purpose of our employees, who honor every donated gift and advance our work to serve patients around the world. We are proud to foster a culture where individuals feel connected, valued, and inspired to make a difference.”
