Cherry Hill-based Vantage Real Estate Services on Sept. 4 announced two successful leases at Smithville Square in Galloway Township.
Vantage RES Director of Operations Aran Ploshansky and Senior Advisor Corinne Giletto worked closely with the tenant’s representation and Scott Weinblatt of Smithville Square to facilitate smooth transactions.
One of the new tenants, a local gift and fashion boutique shop, will move into the 1,887-square-foot space adjacent to Dollar General and Dunkin’, which is expected to open in early 2021.

The second tenant, a national behavioral health, therapy, and education provider servicing the local school systems, will occupy the endcap.
Smithville Square’s strategic location offers access to Route 9 and connects to the White Horse Pike via Smithville Boulevard. The recent beautification of the space, the exposure to daily consumer traffic, and the diverse variety of service and retail co-tenants are just a few reasons why businesses ready for a post-COVID-19 reopening are choosing Smithville Square.
These tenants complete four new retail leases signed at Smithville Square since the start of the COVID-19 global pandemic, and five new leases signed within the past 12 months. Earlier in August, Vantage secured a lease for Your Creations Art Studio and in July it inked a lease for Scents of Flowers and Gifts florist and gift shop.
