Vantage Real Estate Services said Tuesday wedding accessory boutique A Beautiful Touch signed a lease for its newest location at Centrum Shoppes in Cherry Hill.

The unique, one-stop wedding accessory boutique – owned and operated by a mother-daughter team since September 2000 – will move to the newly renovated shopping center in December.

Located at Centrum Shoppes at 219-221 Haddonfield-Berlin Road, the center is minutes from Interstate 295 and Route 70, on the border of Cherry Hill and Haddonfield Townships, and features a diverse roster of co-tenants including Arnie’s Butcher & Gourmet Shop, Youngs Nail Salon, Jay Asian Bistro, Yi’s Karate, Labelle Fit Studio and TD Bank.

Monica Walsh, director of client services at Vantage RES, worked with the landlords, Cherry Hill Plazas LLC, and the tenant, Cherie LaRocca, to both secure the new space and ensure the boutique’s interior finishes were upscale and elegant.

This is the second lease Walsh secured in Centrum Shoppes — both within 30 days of one another, and within two months of Vantage RES being designated as the leasing broker for the shopping center.
