Antares Vision Group has made the move from Moorestown to Mount Laurel.
Vantage Commercial announced securing a long-term lease for the company for 21,940 square feet of industrial/flex space at 200 Century Parkway Aug. 4.
Executive Director Ken Richardson and Sales Associate Vince Ceroli represented Antares and worked closely with the landlord on the transaction. The property is owned by Needleman Management Co. Inc.
Based in Italy, publicly traded Antares Vision Group has a large division in the Garden State.
The company focuses on vision inspection equipment for the pharmaceutical industry with a specialization in particulate and tablet inspection and Track and Trace technology. The new digs are comprised of office space and a large assembly and testing area for the company’s completed machinery.
According to a statement from Richardson, his past work in the pharmaceutical industry gave him particular insight for the assignment.
“I have known Andrew Pietrangelo, president of Antares North America for 25 years,” Richardson said in a statement. “We worked together in our early pharmaceutical careers and continued to do business together.
“My previous pharmaceutical industry experience made it effortless to find the perfect new location for the Antares Vision Group team. Once we identified the location, we engaged with Howard Cohen and Jackie Needleman and the rest of the Needleman team,” Richardson added. “The entire process with both Antares Vision Group and Needleman was enjoyable and efficient.”
Richardson said Antares Vision Group moved into the new location June 15.
