Walmart is ready to give shoppers their first look at its newly remodeled Supercenter in Kearny.
After undergoing upgrades aimed at enhancing customer experience, the location now includes:
The store will also continue to offer pickup services, delivery and touch-free Walmart Pay to customers.
“At Walmart, enhancing our customers’ shopping experience is always a priority. We’re thrilled to unveil a variety of new features at our Kearny location,” store lead Ashley Lee said in a statement. “

Following an 8 a.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony Nov. 15, the retail giant will keep the celebration going with giveaways of product samples from select vendors and the reveal of a new community-inspired mural.

The updates in Kearny are part of the Bentonville, Ark.-based company’s $75 million investment to refresh and remodel 11 stores in New Jersey.
After debuting three flagship Supercenter designs in Secaucus, North Bergen and Teterboro, the retailer has also remodeled other stores over the last two-and-a-half years. Updated locations include Freehold, Bayonne, East Brunswick, Burlington and Linden.
Within New Jersey, Walmart employs nearly 25,000 associates across its 35 Supercenters, 27 discount stores and eight Sam’s Club wholesale locations.
