Automatic Data Processing Inc. announced on Thursday the appointment of Kathleen Winters as chief financial officer effective April 15, at which time Jan Siegmund will step down as CFO.
Winters will report directly to Carlos Rodriguez, ADP’s chief executive officer, and lead the global finance organization.
Winters joins ADP from MSCI Inc., where she has been chief financial officer since May 2016.
With more than 25 years of experience across all areas of finance and a track record of driving business growth and profitability, she will play an integral role in ADP’s ongoing transformation and its focus on financial and operational performance, the Roseland-based company said.
Prior to her tenure at MSCI, Winters served in increasingly senior financial roles at Honeywell International Inc., from 2002 to 2016. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she served in various positions from 1989 to 2001.
