Axia Women’s Health announced May 17 the grand opening of Access Now, its OB/GYN clinic in Sewell that offers walk-in, same-day, weekend and evening care.

The new clinic – located at 247 Hurffville Cross Keys Road, Suite 3-C, according to its website – offers women in South Jersey services for concerns such as vaginal disorders; urinary problems including urinary tract infection testing and treatment; sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment; pregnancy testing; on-site ultrasounds; contraception counseling; annual exams; and more.

The clinic accepts most health care insurances, as well as Medicaid and self-pay.

“Our new clinic breaks down the most common barriers to care for women – access and cost – and makes treating urgent concerns not only possible, but convenient,” Dr. Leisa O’Flynn, vice president of medical affairs for Axia Women’s Health in New Jersey, said in a statement.

O’Flynn added that the new clinic will give women, especially those in underserved communities, another option to the emergency room for their OB/GYN needs.

The clinic also connects providers to records for current Axia patients through a centralized electronic medical record system.
