Cushman & Wakefield will market opportunities in Fairfield at a Class A office building owned and managed by Accordia.

Located at 100 Passaic Ave., Greenbrook Executive Center features 190,000 square feet, a dramatic three-story atrium and abundant amenities. CushWake announced the exclusive leasing assignment March 19.

Executive Directors William O’Keefe and Mark Zaziski and Senior Director Patrick Decker will market the available spaces on behalf of Accordia, which also has its headquarters at the building.

“Our focus at Accordia is for Greenbrook to maintain its stature as the premier Class A option in the submarket,” said Accordia Principal Frank Recine.

Expressing excitement over the assignment, O’Keefe said, “Our dominance in the market and proven track record make us the ideal partner to showcase everything this building has to offer. The building’s modern look and feel, as well as its abundance of amenities, will continue to attract sophisticated tenants in the area.”

Amenities at Greenbrook Executive Center include a full-service dining and conference facility, tenant amenity lounge, indoor and outdoor seating areas, on-site ATM and vending, and abundant parking. In addition to large efficient floor plates, small suites are also available, Cushman & Wakefield said, offering opportunity for growing businesses in a Class A atmosphere.

The property is a past BOMA Outstanding Building of the Year recipient from the Building Owners and Managers Association.

According to the property’s website, more than 73,000 square feet is currently available at the building.

Greenbrook Executive Center offers convenient access to the Garden State Parkway, Interstates 280 and 287, as well as Routes 3 and 23.
