
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced it selected Silbert Realty & Management Co. as exclusive retail leasing agent for the Alfred N. Sanzari Medical Arts Building located at 360 Essex Street in Hackensack. – ALFRED SANZARI ENTERPRISES
Silbert Realty & Management Co. will oversee retail leasing at Hackensack’s 85,000-square-foot Alfred N. Sanzari Medical Arts Building.
On Wednesday, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced Silbert Realty’s appointment, with President and CEO Brian Silbert leading the assignment at the medical office building with 18,000 square feet of ground-level retail, along with Senior Vice President of Retail Services David Greenman.
The property has 8,122 square feet of available retail space. Starbucks, BITE Food & Coffee Co. and Bank of America are current tenants.
“In the retail world, location is everything,” said Silbert Realty’s Greenman. And the medical arts building boasts a prime locale, just across the street from Hackensack University Medical Center at 360 Essex St.
According to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, nearly 45,000 vehicles pass the property daily, and there is steady foot traffic.
The building features 360 surface and garage parking spots. Major roadways nearby include Interstate 80; Routes 4, 17 and 46; along with the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway.
