Asian fusion eatery is celebrating the return of warmer weather with a special price reduction this summer.

On days when the temperature is forecast to reach a high of 84 degrees or above, the Montclair Hospitality Group-owned concept will offer its popular spicy miso ramen and vegan ramen “at a cool price that matches the temperature.”

For example, on an 85-degree day, the two dishes will be discounted by $8.50 apiece, the restaurant said. Ordinarily, the bowls cost $19 each, according to the menu.

The offer is available for dine-in customers from June 10 to July 10 at Ani Ramen House’s locations in New Jersey (Montclair, Jersey City, Maplewood and Summit) and New York (Manhattan and Larchmont).

Montclair Hospitality Group Chief Executive Officer Joey Simons told NJBIZ, “We wanted to create a unique deal to make it known that ramen is meant to be enjoyed year round, no matter what the temperature is outside. We all agreed that this would be a really fun way to get that messaging across.”

Founded 10 years ago, Ani Ramen House is known for house-made pork, chicken and vegetarian ramen broths using Sun Noodles, as well as its bao buns, gyoza and izakaya small plates.

The brand is gearing up to unveil an eighth spot later this year at Bergen Town Center in Paramus. It will share a space with another MHG concept – Mori Mori, a sushi handroll bar experience by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto.
