Asbury Park Brewery is launching a collaboration with rock group Panic! At the Disco, a group effort that’s been under wraps since lead singer Brendon Urie tried the brewery’s beer back in March.

The collaboration, a special IPA described as “bold and earthy, like a West Coast IPA, but juicy and citrusy, like an East Coast IPA” will launch at the band’s Prudential Center show in Newark on Friday.

Cans of the brew, dubbed IP!ATD as a nod to both the band name and beer style, will be available exclusively in the brewery’s taproom thereafter.

Asbury Park Brewery did not return request for comment by press time.
