Brute’s Roots, a locally owned and operated dispensary in Egg Harbor, is celebrating its first anniversary with deals, special promotions and giveaways.

Since its October 2023 launch as the state’s first independently owned adult-use cannabis grower, Brute’s Roots has become known for affordable pricing on in-house products. Additionally, its strains are picking up industry accolades.

To mark its first year in business, the Black Horse Pike shop plans to hold a Sept. 1 party featuring promotions, free merchandise and a complimentary ice cream truck from 4-7 p.m.

One lucky winner will also win two tickets to the Philadelphia Phillies’ Sept. 11 home game against the Tampa Bay Rays. No purchase is necessary to enter. Hopefuls only need to stop by the dispensary or visit Brute’s Roots’ social media. 

Sept. 1 is also the start of Brute’s Roots’ customer appreciation month. Offers include: buy two 1-gram sungrown prerolls and get one for $5 while supplies last, select sungrown brand eighths for $28, 7 gram smalls for $56, $10 off a six-pack of prerolls and a $25 discount on 28 gram shakes.
