The return of the event – Campbell’s first since 2019 – comes as the company embarks on a plan to invest $50 million to upgrade and expand its 150-year-old headquarters amid a consolidation of its snack businesses from Connecticut and North Carolina.

Construction is expected to start soon, the company said.

The changes, which are expected to occur over the next three years, will add about 330 positions to Campbell’s offices, bringing the total local workforce to about 1,600.

Currently, Campbell is recruiting for 100 open positions at headquarters, including marketing, finance and human resources.
