Following the departure of its former president of snacks, Valerie Oswalt, announced new leaders Nov. 1 for two of its divisions, effective immediately.

The Camden food manufacturer appointed Mick Beekhuizen as president of meals and beverages; Chris Foley, currently president of that division, is now president of snacks. Both will continue to report to Campbell President and CEO Mark Clouse.

Beekhuizen will retain his role as chief financial officer until a successor is named.

Clouse said the executives have played key roles in the company’s transformation over the past several years.

“Mick possesses exceptional strategic thinking and commercial and financial acumen coupled with a focus on operational excellence. He is known for team building and collaboration, which will be instrumental in his new role as we drive the continued growth of our M&B portfolio in large and attractive categories,” Clouse said in a statement.

“Chris is a proven brand and culture builder with a track record of delivering sustainable growth and developing high-performing teams, which are critical to accelerate the Snacks growth and margin trajectory,” he continued.

The CEO also thanked Oswalt for her contributions to the company and wished her well in her new position outside the company.
