Campbell’s appoints Green chief supply chain officer

The Campbell’s Co. is tapping a longtime leader to head up its .

In a March 3 press release, the -based soup and snacks giant announced the appointment of Cassandra Green as chief supply chain officer. The promotion is effective immediately.

As part of her role leading Campbell’s end-to-end supply chain, Green is responsible for areas such as customer logistics, planning, procurement and operational excellence. She will also assume responsibility for food safety and quality.

According to the company, Green reports to Campbell’s CEO and President . She also joined the operating committee.

The chief supply chain officer position has been vacant since Daniel Poland’s November 2024 appointment as Campbell’s inaugural chief enterprise transformation officer.

Beekhuizen described her as “a proven leader with deep knowledge of our business and a track record of delivering results.”

“Her ability to drive operational excellence and develop strong teams makes her the right leader to help shape our enterprise priorities and further strengthen our supply chain to fuel the growth of our business,” he said.

Executive changeups

Since joining the company 16 years ago as a plant manager in Australia, Green has gone on to hold a range of leadership roles.

Her background includes leading the company’s former fresh supply chain, overseeing manufacturing for the meals & beverages division, and guiding the enterprise co-manufacturing strategy, Campbell’s said.

After being named head of supply chain in late 2024, Green focused on lowering delivery costs, addressing inflation pressures, and advancing operational and digital improvements across Campbell’s supply chain, the company said.

Green marks the latest change to Campbell’s executive team.

In February 2025, Beekhuizen took over as CEO and president after Campbell’s former leader Marc Clouse stepped down to become president of the Washington Commanders NFL franchise.
