Citizen Linden celebrated its debut in December. Now, the luxury rental community from Accurate is 85% leased, the firm announced Aug. 8, as it draws residents to its downtown location.

The property offers 234 units and indoor and outdoor amenities located at 307 W. Elizabeth Ave. Citizen Linden also includes 4,500 square feet of street-level retail space, which will include a public café.

The nearby Linden train station provides a 40-minute ride to Manhattan; locally, the Union County municipality offers shopping and dining, including an AMC Aviation 12 IMAX Theatre, Target and Starbucks.

“Citizen Linden reflects Accurate’s commitment to not only creating an elevated lifestyle experience for our residents, but also enhancing the communities where we develop,” said President and CEO Jack Klugmann in a statement. “We’re thrilled to see that play out in Linden and are delighted that so many residents have chosen to make this their new home.”

Within walking distance of the property is Raymond Wood Bauer Promenade, a park and amphitheater, which regularly holds concerts and other outdoor events.

The Marketing Directors is handling marketing and leasing for the property. Monthly rental rates for one- and two-bedroom units start at $2,115 net effective, including limited time incentives.
