CLM Advisors has a new office to better accommodate the fiscal advisory and accounting firm’s growth plans.
Located at 591 Mantua Blvd. in Sewell, the company announced its customized space at the 50,000-square-foot, multitenant midrise building Oct. 5. According to CLM, the 5,000-square-foot office offers consultants and staff members prime workspaces while allowing for optimal collaboration among team members, as well as with clients.
According to CEO Charles Muracco, the group is excited about the relocation. “The move marks a critical phase in our business expansion strategies while significantly increasing operational efficiencies,” Muracco said in a statement. “We are now ideally positioned to maximize productivity, hire additional talent, as well as continue to exceed clients’ expectations. We look forward to welcoming visitors and clients to our offices.”
Featuring private offices as well, CLM said the new space allows staff and clients to work more easily with remote teams. There are currently 15 employees working at the Sewell location. The team is in the office full time, but CLM Manager of Operations Devin Muracco told NJBIZ the company does allow work-from-home depending on individual situations. The base also includes a custom-configured, state-of-the-art video conference room.
CLM plans to expand were bolstered last year when the previously Turnersville-based company announced it was acquired by a private equity firm. At the time, Charles Muracco characterized the move as a “key piece” of the firm’s strategic vision, adding: “We will add talent to our diverse roster of consultants, re-invest in technology to serve our clients more efficiently, and accelerate our growth.”
According to their respective websites, other companies based at the Sewell building include Vert Properties Inc., Lauletta Binrbaum law firm, NEST and coworking space Incutate Workplace.
“We are delighted to welcome CLM Advisors to Sewell,” said Frank Lauletta, president of privately held real estate leasing, development and management firm Vert. “Attracting companies of CLM Advisors’ caliber and reputation exemplifies our ongoing commitment to provide tenants with an environment that furthers their ability to serve clients, while attracting top quality employees.”
CLM was represented by Penzone Realty President Joseph Penzone. “CLM’s expanding business required larger space, which was easily accessible, presented the ‘right image’ and customizable to satisfy employees as well as clients’ needs,” the leader of the Glassboro-based full-service real estate firm said in a statement. “We are pleased to have helped CLM find the optimal environment for their growing business.”
