Longtime resident Dresdner Robin moved its headquarters to 30 Montgomery St.

Following the transition to the Class A tower, the land-use consultancy is now situated in the heart of Exchange Place along the waterfront.

The new digs reaffirm its commitment to offering a central location for customers, according to ‘s Dec. 10 announcement. The firm serves clients throughout New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and the Philadelphia area.

“This new space has been thoughtfully designed to support diverse working styles, which will enhance productivity, foster innovation, and empower our employees—whether they’re collaborating in the office or working remotely,” said Dresdner Robin COO and CFO Tony Ianuale. “We are excited to deepen our commitment to Jersey City with our move back toward Montgomery St., where Dresdner Robin first established its offices. Returning here feels like coming full circle, and we look forward to continuing to serve our clients and community from this vibrant location.”

30 Montgomery St. rises 15 stories with 300,000 square feet of space. The building offers additional conference and meeting areas to the firm, along with accessibility to street-level retail options. Additional features include an onsite parking garage, renovated common areas, and direct access to Exchange Place PATH Station and light rail.

Jersey City roots

Dresdner Robin has called Jersey City home since its founding in 1978. While its first office was near the current site, the firm has since also occupied locations in the Powerhouse Arts District and Evertrust Plaza.

Dresdner Robin has two satellite offices outside of Jersey City, in Fairfield and Cherry Hill.

NAI James E. Hanson represented Dresdner Robin in the 30 Montgomery St. transaction. Senior Vice President Susan Mason led the team.

“This location offers a prime setting in Jersey City with excellent access to amenities, transportation and room for growth. We’re confident this move will support Dresdner Robin’s continued success and innovation for years to come,” Mason noted.

Dresdner Robin’s history in Jersey City also extends to its portfolio. The company highlighted several projects, including:

  • The community redevelopment for Coles Park;
  • Site planning and infrastructure design at 30 Hudson; and
  • Environmental, engineering, planning and survey services at Journal Squared.

 

The new office space not only accommodates the firm’s expanding team but also provides a strategic base for continuing its work on projects that enhance Jersey City’s community and urban environment.
