ADVERTISING

Jennifer Kline has been promoted to senior account executive for public relations at Morristown-based DKB and Partners. Formerly an account executive, Kline earned a bachelor”s degree in communications from Glassboro State College.

Rob Simek has joined The STAR Group in Cherry Hill as an account supervisor. Formerly promotions manager at the New Jersey State Aquarium, Simek earned a B.A. in communications from Rutgers University.

BANKING

Paul V. Stahlin has been promoted to comptroller and principal accounting officer at Princeton-based Summit Bancorp. A certified public accountant and graduate of Montclair State University, he was formerly a senior vice president.

Steven Fusco has been promoted to vice president at Saddle Brook-based Interchange Bank. Prior to this, he was the bank”s assistant financial officer. Fusco earned a B.S. in finance from Seton Hall University and an M.B.A. in MIS from St. Peter”s College.

Kelly A. Gengoult has been appointed assistant cashier and small business administration (SBA) credit officer at Phillipsburg National Bank in Phillipsburg. Prior to this, she was an assistant secretary and SBA commercial loan credit analyst at First Community Bank in Clinton. Gengoult earned a B.S. in management science and finance from Kean College.

CONSULTANCY

Pamela Donar has joined Shandor in Iselin as director of administration. Formerly a product analyst at Jefferson Insurance in Jersey City, Donar earned a B.S. in business administration from Bethune-Cookman College and an M.B.A. in international business from the University of Hartford in Paris, France.

Kate Simpson and Mukesh Mody have joined WS&B Consulting Group in Princeton as consultants. Simpson, who has joined the company as an applications consultant, earned a bachelor”s degree in marketing from the

Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science. Mody has joined the firm as a software consultant. He earned a bachelor”s degree in accounting from

Rider University and a certificate in computer networking from Aptech Institute.

EDUCATION

James Giffin has been named vice president of marketing at Lincoln Technical Institute and The Cittone Institute, both in West Orange. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Giffin was formerly director of client development at Lippman Richmond Greene Advertising.

FINANCIAL SERVICES

Laura Amerman has been named director of marketing at Parkway Mortgage in Kenilworth. Prior to this, she worked as marketing manager and sales representative for Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New Jersey. Amerman earned a bachelor”s degree in anthropology from Drew University.

Thomas M. Romanowski and Thomas M. Sikora have been promoted as vice presidents at Lawrenceville-based TSBusiness Finance. Formerly a senior account executive at BankAmerica Business Credit, Romanowski graduated from Shippensburg University and earned an M.B.A. in finance from LaSalle

University. Sikora, who joined the company in 1996, graduated from Lehigh University.

HEALTH CARE

Carolyn M. Ballard has been named executive director of Virtua-West Jersey Hospital Camden. Formerly vice president of operations at St. Christopher”s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, she earned a degree in nursing from the Albert Einstein Medical Center School of Nursing in Philadelphia. In addition, she earned a bachelor”s degree in health education from Glassboro State College and a master”s in public health from Columbia University.

MARKETING

John Bartram has been promoted to chief financial officer at Eatontown-based Lanmark Group. Prior to this, he was the company”s

operations manager and vice president of finance. Bartram earned a degree in accounting from Brookdale Community College in Lincroft and a degree in culinary arts from the Culinary Institute of America. Also, Scott Mahnken has joined the company as telemarketing director and sales manager. Mahnken, who formerly worked for Sears in Edison as telemarketing manager, studied business management from Bergen Community College.

Susan Sacco has joined B to B Promotions in South Plainfield as vice president of account sales. Formerly human resources manager for Nabisco Foods, Sacco earned a B.S. in business management and employee relations from Seton Hall University.

Jason M. Stroger has joined NAI/James E. Hanson in Hackensack as a sales associate. Formerly vice president of construction for a real estate company, Stroger graduated from Boston University.

William K. Stack has been appointed president of the ERP/Client Server/e-commerce division of UII in Princeton. Formerly an employee of Oracle, Stack earned a B.S. from Monmouth University and did graduate studies at Seton Hall University.

TRANSPORTATION

Daniel W. Vertachnik has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing for National Freight in Vineland. A graduate of Duquesne University with a B.S. in business administration, Vertachnik formerly worked as vice president of sales and marketing for Dart Transit/Fleetline.
