Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Inc. unveiled a new eatery at the Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck, providing tenants and community members with another option for dining at its flagship asset.

Located in The Atrium at Glenpointe, Marketplace, an Urban Eatery, offers fresh and locally sourced, made-to-order and grab ‘n’ go meals, the Hackensack-based real estate firm said in a press release.

Executives from the company joined with local and county officials to celebrate grand opening during an Oct. 20 ceremony.

Marketplace – a 3,350-square-foot space with seating capacity for more than 100 – will also serve goods from local favorites. Sanzari said it partnered with a team of architects and vendors to complete the more than $2 million project, including Flick·Mars, Kimmerle Newman Architects, PBA Engineering, Shine Engineering and Mixed Media Concepts.

White Lodging will manage Marketplace, bringing in culinary experts such as Chef AJ Buchanio to curate the seasonal menu offerings.

“I am very excited to have created such an assorted menu for the diverse community that calls Glenpointe home,” said Buchanio. “Offering fresh, locally sourced food in a way that blends convenience, ingredients and quality aligns with our mission to elevate the creativity and guest experience across all of our restaurants.”
