During town hall events this week, executives gave employees a welcome surprise, announcing more than $10 million in bonuses.

The news comes on the heels of last year’s $100 million in wage increases for its workforce, and just days after Hard Rock was recognized as one of America’s Best Large Employers by Forbes for a seventh consecutive year.

Hard Rock International Chairman Jim Allen was joined by Hard Rock Atlantic City Partners Jack Morris, Joe Jingoli Jr. and Michael Jingoli, as well as the newly appointed president of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, George Goldhoff, to announce the bonuses.

“The commitment of Hard Rock Atlantic City team members to guest satisfaction is unrivaled in this market, and it’s the biggest reason for our success story here in Atlantic City,” said Allen. “We want to recognize and thank our team members for their dedication and enthusiasm, and we want to encourage them to keep up the great work.”

“Our incredible talent base of team members, along with their superior service, has been remarkable since arriving in Atlantic City,” said Goldhoff. “I am excited to begin this next chapter with a team who has already achieved such great success.”

That next chapter includes a series of capital improvements that were also unveiled by executives this week. They say the work is part of a Fifth Anniversary Celebration that, through an investment of more than $30 million to attract top shows to Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena, will also bring the largest lineup in Hard Rock AC’s short history to the venue.

The 2023 lineup includes: Sting, Keith Urban, Janet Jackson, Pitbull, Tina Fey and Amy Pohler, Anita Baker, and Zac Brown Band, with leaders pledging more announcements in the coming weeks and months.

During the town hall, Hard Rock also highlighted its focus and commitment to Atlantic City and local community efforts.

“Our team members truly embody the motto, ‘Love All – Serve All’ and support our efforts to make a difference in our local community,” said Goldhoff.
