Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP announced it has closed the sale of the 0.626-acre site at 175 Sip Ave. in the Journal Square neighborhood of Jersey City.

175 Sip Ave. is in the heart of Journal Square, a rapidly gentrifying Jersey City neighborhood, and within walking distance to restaurants, new retail and the Journal Square Path Station, which takes passengers into Manhattan in less than 15 minutes.

The HFF team included senior managing director Jose Cruz and director Marc Duval. The seller was represented by the Cushman & Wakefield team of Andrew Merin, Robert Knakal, David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel, Brian Whitmer, Jonathan Hageman, Kyle Schmidt and Ryan Dowd.
