Princeton-based Hilton Realty has tapped a firm with regional experience to market leasable space at three buildings in Central Jersey.

On April 3, Hamilton-based Fennelly Associates announced the assignment, which covers more than 519,000 square feet of space across medical, retail and office uses.

According to a statement from Fennelly Associates Jerry Fennelly, the full-service commercial real estate company‘s relationship with Hilton Realty – and their successes – dates back 40 years.

The firm “has built a reputation for providing an unmatched tenant experience in the market and we’re thrilled to help them attract quality tenants to these well-maintained and strategically located properties,” he said.

Princeton Arms Shopping Center

Located at 2025 Old Trenton Road in West Windsor, this 16-store, 32,962-square-foot retail center is located less than 1 mile from Route 133 and within walking distance of a 300-unit garden apartment complex, in addition to a new, 300-unit age-restricted housing development.

Current tenants at the property include: Amazon, CMB Karate, Café Capuano and Kumon Learning Center.

Princeton Executive Center

Renovated in 2020, this three-story medical office building located at 4301 Route 1 in Monmouth Junction comprises 61,342 square feet and anchored by Rothman Orthopaedics (13,500 square feet). Its position on Route 1 South offers marquee backlit signage and proximity to Penn Medicine Hospital.

Research Park

With 425,000 square feet, this 18-building office complex is located at 451-470 Wall St. in Princeton. According to Fennelly Associates, more than 100 suites – ranging from 800 square feet to 24,000 square feet – are available. Situated off Route 206 just minutes from Downtown Princeton and ten minutes from Princeton Junction Train Station, Research Park is also connected to the 92-acre Van Horne Park. Additional amenities include on-site management, 24-hour access and food and beverage options.
