Hummus Republic to open 3 more NJ locations

Mediterranean fast-casual chain Hummus Republic is adding three more outposts in New Jersey.
According to the brand’s website, the following locations are “coming soon:”
- Montclair 412 Bloomfield Ave.
- Woodbridge 990 Saint Georges Ave.
- Hamilton Township 3100 Quakerbridge Road
Additional details on grand opening timelines were not immediately available.
Founded in 2012, the California-based concept specializes in healthy customizable bowls, salads and pitas.
The primarily plant-based menu features numerous protein options and toppings, including house-made hummus, dressings and spreads, as well as vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free offerings. It also has kids’ meal items, like crispy chicken strips with sweet potato fries.
Since it began franchising in 2018, Hummus Republic has grown to 40 locations nationwide.
Within New Jersey, it has eateries in Edison, Jersey City, Long Branch, Morristown, Morris Township, North Brunswick and Westfield. Hummus Republic’s spots in Fort Lee and Paramus have since closed for good.
